Josef Novák received the Award of the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports

On 19 November 2024, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Mikuláš Bek awarded university students, teachers and scientists at the Liechtenstein Palace. Among the awardees was our junior researcher Mgr. Josef Novák, who is also a student of the doctoral programme in Applied Ion Technology at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University. Mgr. Novák's supervisor is Mgr. Petr Malinský, Ph.D. from DNIM.
Mgr. Josef Novák received the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Award for outstanding students and graduates in the study program and for extraordinary actions by students. This award has been given by the Ministry of Education in its current form since 2014. It is granted to students or graduates of bachelor's, master's, or doctoral programs for outstanding results in their studies or in scientific, research, development, artistic, or other creative activities related to their field of study.
This year, 18 laureates and a group of students from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University were awarded the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Award for outstanding students and graduates in the study program and for extraordinary actions by students.
