At the end of October 2021, the first meeting of the International Advisory Board of the NPI (IAB) took place in the NPI meeting room in Řež.

Most IAB members attended the meeting in person, the others in the online form, using MS Teams software. At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman and vice-chairman of the MPS were elected – Peter Bode as chairman and Joachim Stroth as vice-chairman. Furthermore, an overview of the activities of NPI and its departments was presented to IAB members, and the results of the institute's evaluation were also discussed.
