Evaluations/rating

The evaluation of research and professional activities of the institutes of the CAS is performed pursuant to Act No. 130/2002 Coll., On the Support of Research, Experimental Development and Innovations from Public Resources and on Amendments of some Related Acts (Act on the Support of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation), as amended in later regulations. The aim is to increase the quality of scientific and professional activities, the involvement of workplaces in international scientific activities and the quality of other activities of the institutes of the CAS. The results of the evaluation also serve as one of the bases for differentiated institutional financing of the institutes of the CAS.
