Major scientific interests
- Structure organizations in metal-fullerene nanocompositions for creation of the functional nanostructures;
- Atomic structure and electronic properties of silicon quantum dots created by the energetic monomer- and cluster ion implantation;
- ultra-small metal nanoparticles on insulating surface fabricated by fluxes of the neutral atoms and by the ion beams.
